While traveling to Alaska our RV broke down. I called Velocity Truck center in Fort St. John, BC. Liam in service helped me and told me that they would get to me if I had my rig towed to them, which was a 3 hour tow. Jared was the service technician who found my TCM cover had a chunk missing causing mud and water intrusion into the TCM. Andy is the service manager who Liam spoke to prior to allowing us to be towed to them. Super crew, they got my trailer in the shop and got a thorough evaluation in a reasonable time. They took me out and explained what repairs were needed, took lots of pictures, and most importantly they kept me updated on the progress. I had to have parts ordered in, so it was an extended repair. Happy with the repair and feel safer knowing that they took the time to make sure it was done right.
They were very professional and helpful. Got us out the same day we were brought into the shop. They were able to get the part warrantied.
