I'm an employee at BWI and the buses are quite unpredictable, they are rarely spaced evenly. The rail stop bus is the worse with very low frequency ~ 30 min.
Staff are very rude I worked here for a few months I had a older woman harass me and I told they did nothing.I quit and decided to come back once she left they had me run around and complete information knowing they were wasting my time.With a better paying company so things worked out.Not a good place to work at all.
Night shift drivers are both lazy and rude. Never run on time and don’t seem to care either way
