I am reporting with First Transit since I was informed they were the parent company for Tempe Orbit,Mercury West bus number 1602 @ 10:12am on September 1, 2016 near the corner of Howe & Lola in Temple. I ride this route everyday to get to work.. This morning I flag the driver as we are supposed to in a "flag zone" area and he did not stop while shaking his hand at me as if I was in the wrong location.
