Terry really focused on making sure the tracking device was sized for optimal comfort. He was very helpful and informative. Never once did I feel judged. A day later I received a call from him to make sure I was still OK with the sizing, and see if I had questions. So 5 stars on the customer service. Unfortunately to no fault of his own the device is large and heavy. When walking I found it has caused irritation in 2 spots and I'm constantly trying to find a way to keep cushioned so I don't develop blisters.
