I do not recommend using this title company. Anne dropped the ball on my closing and I was waiting for hours on the day of my closing. Then they mailed my deed to my old address. Super disappointing.
The only title company I would trust to handle my real estate transactions. They make sure you are completely informed on what is happening with your file, and extremely knowledgeable about everything to help create a smooth transaction.
Doug & Anne really raise the bar when it comes to customer service and professionalism. Very knowledgable, great communication and amazing work ethic. I have no worries when I know their team is handling title for my clients.
There are many title companies to choose from in our area. There is only ONE title company tho in my book . The team in Flushing has proven time after time what real customer service is all about. Do your client and yourself a favor .... Call Doug or Anne at the Flushing branch.
