I got very confused between The County Clerk, Tom Green Apprasial District and Austin concerning a recently purchased manufactured home. When I called First Title Co. I was overwhelmed with the kind and friendly down home help that was offered. The most pleasant and knowledgeable person I have met in a long time. I am sure they are rated as Best in San Angelo. And if they are not they should be.
Love it. Called for directions and made it there. Will be closing on a house soon and I'm sure they will e great!
