It was a pleasure to work with everyone at First Title again. They are friendly, professional, responsive and helped to make this a smooth transaction. I have had a few closings with them and will continue to do business with them.
Worst experience ever period. Have closed on properties over 26 times in my lifetime but never came across such an organization. HOW DO THEY EVEN SURVIVE? Its not due to pandemic, its their company's culture that is extremely unprofessional. Will never close any other deal with them.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLOSING COMPANY!
