Took my car to First Tire and Automotive today for routine maintenance. I love that they allow you to make an appointment, ensuring they get you in and out in a reasonable timeframe. Nick was very courteous at check in. They changed my oil, rotated my tires and put in a new cabin filter and gave me the advertised discount. They sent a driver to pick me up after the work was done as well. I will go here again. Thanks Nick!
My 11 year old Pathfinder appreciates quality care. I am certain I can get that here. They reviewed my vehicle and gave me a good plan. I will follow that plan for my vehicle’s maintenance.completed our 2nd step. Proactive maintenance for engine seals and brake fluid system. Vehicle is running well. Continued review of recommended vehicle maintenance. Key result is not to be left along the roadways. Knock on wood, it has not happened. Truck is aging gracefully.
I had a fantastic experience at First Tire & Automotive in Cinco Ranch! I stopped by to get my oil change light and tire pressure checked, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and respected. James Torres, the manager, went above and beyond! He was kind, patient, and explained everything in a way that made me feel informed and at ease. No rush, no pressure, just genuine customer care. His calm professionalism really stood out. This location is my absolute go to!
If I could give them 0 stars(if not negative), I would. I spent almost $500 to have another mechanic show me the sensors they "replaced" were all still dysfunctional. The best part is I was told it's all my fault because I purchased a Chevy. That was their response for charging me to not fix my car. Unbelievable.
Outstanding service and experience! I have used First Tire and Auto before, and each time they have been professional, efficient, and communicated throughout the repairs explaining what needed repairs, as well as what didn't. They also provided a shuttle service for me as well. I will use them again if/when I need any other repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of maintenance or service. Thank you!
