5 stars isn’t enough for this place. I had a tire debead on the highway and was able to pull off into a nearby neighborhood. I had no tools with me and found myself completely stranded. By pure luck, I noticed this tire shop across the street and decided to see if they could help, even though they only had about 10 minutes left before closing. This review is a bit long, but in short: I highly recommend this place! This shop truly saved my day with their incredibly thoughtful service, including transportation. I had a sudden flat tire, and within just 30 seconds of driving, the tire pressure dropped to almost zero. There was no way I could make it to the tire shop I usually rely on. I had a really great experience with First Tire and Automotive Cinco Ranch, and I’m especially grateful for the help from Nick. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through the pricing options in a way that was clear and honest, which I really appreciated. I needed to get my Jeep emissions test for my upcoming registration sticker. I Googled shops near my home and this one was close, convenient, and they could see me immediately. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. I may be able to use them for additional automotive care needs in the future.
I had an amazing experience at this tire shop! The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They helped me pick the perfect tires for my car and even got me in and out faster than I expected. Prices were fair, and the service was top-notch.
