Nick was fantastic! He listened to me took my suggestions and advised me that they would only know for sure how much it would be after they got everything apart. It was a 4 wheel disc brake job and the front rotors were deeply worn so it wasn’t cheap but Nick didn’t overcharge me for parts like so many other places love to. I had a wonderful experience yesterday at First Tire in Katy. I went in initially for an oil change but also requested the 38 point inspection. It was then that it was determined that my front brakes were in the yellow zone. I could drive my car longer but risked eventually causing damage to my rotors. So their technicians were able to fix the brakes as well rotating my tires. Very good customer service.
I went to First Tire & Automotive for my emissions inspection and the staff was super friendly. Not only were they friendly but they were fast. I was in and out. The price for the emissions test cost less than I expected so that’s always a plus. I highly recommend
I had a wonderful first service experience. The customer service was friendly, honest, and provided detailed recommendations for my car's needs at a fair price. The courtesy shuttle was also a very convenient addition.
I came in for a repair on an older truck. The repair was done in a timely manner. The pricing was as fair. James was courteous and knowledgeable at the front desk. They did an excellent job
