I want to express my sincere gratitude for the employees at First Tire and Auto Cinco Ranch. We took our vehicle in for front brake replacements, tire rotation and oil change. Their technicians did an excellent job and went above and beyond when they ran into issues with programming the brake sensor. I will continue to trust them with all of my vehicle needs. I dropped my car off before work and they Ubered me to work, which was super convenient. By the time I got off, my car was already ready! Everyone was friendly and the rundown of what was wrong with my car was very efficient and easy to understand. I really loved that they included pictures for everything they checked that level of transparency made me feel confident and taken care of. Great experience overall!
I love the service minded attitude and going the extra mile. I came for an oil change and they rotated and balanced my tires in addition free of charge. I listened to Nicholas helping people over the phone and giving sound recommendations without being pushy or salesy. They finished the service ahead of time and that was greatly appreciated as well.
