First hair exterior did an amazing job on my roof. I had a nasty leak and they sent someone out within 12 hours and they were the utmost professionals in their prices were incredibly reasonable. I then went ahead and recommended them to do the entire roof for my neighbor, and he was beyond appreciative. It’s nice to find an honest company these days.
This company replaced my roof a couple years ago and I’ve had nothing but leaks and hassle since then. They act friendly but they do nothing to fix my leaks or the damage they have caused on the inside of my house. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated after 2 winter seasons of rain, having anxiety about where the next leak will come in and what damage it will cause, not to mention what mold is building up in the process. Horrible and stressful experience!!!
We used Jeremy at FirstTier Exteriors and it was incredible. We have an historic home with a very unique and complicated roof. They tackled the job, and as they removed the old roof the surprises began. I expected them to try to change the deal, or do shortcuts to imitate the old roof without actually matching it. I would like to thank Robert Aymelek and his team for the great service provided. They replaced my 25+ year old roof with a new Malarkey and fixed some wood structure. Robert is the best PM I've worked with, because of his professionalism and responsibility. He came to the site every day multiple times to make sure the projects went as planned. First Tier just finished replacing my roof. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The men who did the job were wonderful, did an incredible job and they took the time to clean the yard of nails, debris , etc at the end of each day. I couldn’t be happier with their work and my roof looks amazing. I highly recommend them.
