I recently had my roof replaced with First Tier Exterior (with Miguel as the project manager). From the initial estimate Miguel was professional, informative, and receptive to what I was looking for in replacing my nearly 30 year old roof. Despite having met with eight different contractors I ultimately felt most comfortable with and decided to proceed with Miguel and First Tier. We had a great experience with First Tier Exterior for a fairly extensive stucco repair project. Once work began, they discovered two layers of existing stucco, which made the job more complicated than expected. They clearly explained what they found and handled the additional work professionally. The crew was experienced, hardworking, and paid close attention to the underlying waterproofing and construction details. Mahoni and Bruce came the same day. that I called to request an estimate for our roof repair. Mahoni immediately let me know that the type of damage we had would be covered under homeowners insurance. They were great about explaining why and how things should be done. They quickly sent us a detailed estimate with photos to submit to our insurance before and after. We were able to get a third of the repair covered by our insurance thanks to their suggestion. We wanted a quote for putting Hardie Board Siding on our home. Miguel and Bobby came and took photos and did measurements and provided a lot of information. They were VERY nice people and we were very comfortable with them. The project is not in our budget as this time, but they were very helpful to us.

We worked with Jeff and team on a water intrusion issue with one of the windows of our unit. The team was professional and a pleasure to work with. They found where the leak was coming from and they were able to repair and fix this issue. Felix and the crew who performed the waterproofing and stucco work were top notch, and went above and beyond. Grateful to have found this company and to work with Jeff on solving our water intrusion issue around the window!
