We wanted a quote for putting Hardie Board Siding on our home. Miguel and Bobby came and took photos and did measurements and provided a lot of information. They were VERY nice people and we were very comfortable with them. The project is not in our budget as this time, but they were very helpful to us.
We worked with Jeff and team on a water intrusion issue with one of the windows of our unit. The team was professional and a pleasure to work with. They found where the leak was coming from and they were able to repair and fix this issue. Felix and the crew who performed the waterproofing and stucco work were top notch, and went above and beyond. I have the pleasure of working with Eddie as our project manager. This review is long overdue. In 2024, Robert and his team at First Tier Exterior did an amazing job with replacing our vinyl siding that was deteriorating with a fiber cement product. The amazing part stems from the fact that Robert took the time to educate us on the different options available, the implications of each option and went above and beyond to instruct his team to minimize the effects of the construction zone. We're very happy with the finished product and wholeheartedly recommend them. You'll be in great hands!
The team was very straight forward and efficient with their time and work and jumped on our project as soon as they could; which was a relief after a mixture of no call-backs and avoidance had us waiting more than 2 yrs to address our leaking roof. Bruce, Felix & Mahoni were great and always on it with any questions or concerns.
