I was very lucky to have Chad assigned to me as my realator. Phenomenal communication and was always just a call or text away. Answered all questions and was just overall great to work with. Highly Reccomend
I got totally taken advantage of every step of the way, paid way too much for services that should have been covered than got threatened and intimidated into paying more even after closing. If you are from out of state expect the worst and to get played like an idiot. Especially if you are a first time homebuyer, and disabled. They will do anything for an easy payout, then leave you high and dry. If you want to be treated like a human go somewhere else.
Chad helped my sister and I close on the most perfect property for us this last week! He was so incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process! He was very attentive when we we had questions (and since we were first time home buyers, there were TONS of questions!). If we are ever in the market for new properties in the future, we would 100% work with Chad again!
Chad recently helped me find and purchase a new home outside of tuskahoma ok. Going through the VA home loan program was difficult at times, but Chad was very professional, knowledgeable and was always avaliable to answer questions. Id highly recommend anyone looking for a home in the area to get with Chad, he was great to work with.
