Stay on top of them if you buy a home from them. They failed to register our ac system so it defaulted to a 5 year warranty instead of a 10 year. Our hvac system has failed to properly work since we purchased this home.
The warranty department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been in my home for nearly two years and here recently I have experienced several issues with the hvac system. On Tuesday July 25 I submitted a warranty request because my home was no longer cooling to the desired temperature it was staying at a consistent 82 degrees in the home with 100 degree temperatures outside.
