Do not buy a home that was built by First Texas Homes if you want a quality home that wasn’t built by cutting corners and using shoddy labor and construction. For a home that is less than 10 years old, I’ve dealt with more issues from cracked ceilings, fences built without concrete support in the posts, holes under the windows, and holes under the foundation.
