Horrible development! Axing of hundreds of trees- cramped houses, even worse- defiling nature and green spaces. None of our 100 plus families/friends will ever consider this stuff and heavy word is out to newcomers to find someplace else.

I will start with the great things about first Texas Homes. Their homes are beautiful. They have great floor plans. Jason and his team are amazing good and professional. There is nothing bad I need to say about them. But here it's the big negative. First Texas partner lender. SUPREME LENDING ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. THEY ARE BIG SCAMMERS. THE $20K they claim to give on closing NOT TRUE, THE $3K BONUS FURNITURE CREDIT FROM NEBRASKA NOT TRUE EITHER.
