It’s been almost one and half year since we moved but there is no sign of building club house , play area or a pool. Our kids are passing two summers without the pool facility and there is no indication that it will be done even next year. Also there are too many rental properties in the community. Update: Before buying a house in this community just drive around and see how many properties are on rental here. You will get a new neighbor every year.
It’s frustrating that nearly 2 years after moving here, the promised amenity center is still nonexistent. Updated review : Jul 2025 The sales team committed that amenity center , pool , playgrounds shall available by end of the year 2024. Construction not yet started and we do not know when it will happen. We are paying HOA even none of the facilities are available. HOA team is greedy and send fines for no reason .
