Salesperson Thao is very nice but quality of homes not in her hands . First texas is a terrible builder and please don’t waste your hard earned money with this builder . Cheapest quality . Once house sold forget about warranty repair . There is a soil problem in this area because of clay and water doesn’t drain into ground . Go on flock drive and see with your eyes . I wish I can give zero stars . Talk to owners , they have WhatsApp group of community. Cabinets are falling apart in less than a year because of cheap MDF mater... read more
Beautiful Houses !!! In the Neighborhood!!!
I brought my clients by a few weekends ago to visit and we were pleased with Amira. Thao is also great! Amira was very patient and informative as we had a lot of questions regarding customization options. I will definitely be bringing more clients by!! I LOVE First Texas Homes!
