My phone then account were hacked into due to me clicking on something unsafe and it was extremely stressful. Nathan was wonderful. We worked together for about three hours over two days, and he walked me through everything. He set up new accounts and helped with sign-on, passwords, new checks and debit cards, etc. He made a stressful situation so much better.
I stopped by the Cedar Hills First Tech branch looking to get a new credit card a couple weeks ago. Nathan did a fantastic job helping me out, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Nathan was able to answer all of my questions with a smile, providing some of the best assistance I’ve experienced at First Tech FCU. Thanks again Nathan!!
