I called asking for an investigation to be done after First Tech took 4,000 from me and decided to close my account the next day with the excuse of trying to notify me they were going to do so—by SNAIL MAIL. LOL! I spoke to Jake who was very impatient unhelpful and a rude representative of the company he told me it was all my fault anyway and it’s no longer their responsibility!! . DO NOT i repeat do not do business with them—they will take your money and RUN!
Used dealer sourced financing via First Tech Federal credit union on a car. I was purchasing the car on the west coast from Atlanta and the deal was signed and financed based on false information provided by the dealership (Car was in such poor condition they offered to repaint it even thought they listed it as no scratches dings dents etc.). Worst place to do business with. I changed due day, with 2 different staff member. It seems it wasn’t changed. But my account was overdrawn, then my automatic payments were stopped. I had to provide bank information again and fill forms. I called again in 3 different days and talked to 3 different staff members including a supervisor and I still have same problem. This company sucks do not open an account with them. They will take your money and then tell you they will not give it back. They’ve got 200 of my dollars and will not return it. They will not unlock my account. My account was locked for fraud I have Approved everything I can letting them know that I was the one that made that transaction and they still will not unlock my account. They’re not worth it don’t do it.
