We have been FTFCU members for a very long time, and have always had wonderful service, but I want to take a moment and acknowledge the best service we have ever experienced! I called today in a panic and was lucky enough to be connected to Nisha Genani. She patiently listened to my panic ramble about an issue we were having and then quickly jumped into ways we could resolve our issue. I called asking for an investigation to be done after First Tech took 4,000 from me and decided to close my account the next day with the excuse of trying to notify me they were going to do so—by SNAIL MAIL. LOL! I spoke to Jake who was very impatient unhelpful and a rude representative of the company he told me it was all my fault anyway and it’s no longer their responsibility!! . DO NOT i repeat do not do business with them—they will take your money and RUN!

Used dealer sourced financing via First Tech Federal credit union on a car. I was purchasing the car on the west coast from Atlanta and the deal was signed and financed based on false information provided by the dealership (Car was in such poor condition they offered to repaint it even thought they listed it as no scratches dings dents etc.). Once I discovered the actual condition of the car, before taking any delivery the deal was eventually unwound by the dealership. Deposits were returned, financing was cancelled. The dea... read more
