This has, without a doubt, been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable experiences we have ever dealt with, with a financial institution. We took out a HELOC specifically for the purchase of a home, and the funds were supposed to be deposited directly to the title company. These instructions were agreed upon and is in writing. First Tech has never approved me for a loan. I have a decent income between my two jobs, and I've never missed a payment on anything in my life. Wright Patt and Kemba both helped me significantly. If you're in Ohio, try them instead.
