Horrible bank.. I opened an account online.. transferred $26,500 Never even used the account. Within 30 days they froze my account and didn't even offer an explanation.. Horrible service.. horrible processes.
Worst experience, EVER! I worked with Mona Shah for Mortgage Loan. She is such a procrastinator. No matter how early you submit all your information/documents, she does not look at it until the deadline and of course, she fails to meet the deadline. She does not listen to her clients and only speaks her own words over and over.

Don't waste your time to go there, this office address is closed, their new address is on Mars, but you must first obtain a permit to visit their new branch from NASA and the White House. Do not tell anyone their address is very confidential.
