The follow through of Jose Fimbres at First Tech was beyond expected - he assisted with a double payment issue that I'd accidentally initiated online, created a ticket as it was beyond his ability to resolve as well, and then called at the end of the day to make sure I knew the issue was contained This was the best service I'd thought was a thing of the past - thank you Jose and First Tech for the super quick resolution and communication (both via that call and the email statuses)!!
