I have 2 car loans with them, excellent service and rates.
Do not become a member of this bank if you are looking for a relationship with your bank who shows compassion and customer service. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a credit situation and First Tech Federal Credit Union had no desire to help us correct the situation. Unfortunately, this decision by First Tech will most likely cost us the mortgage we were approved for. Between the never ending weekend maintenance and now that the website is down, you guys need to think seriously about changing the name of the bank. We've been customers for 16+ years and this pattern is just too much. I can't log in to my online account since this morning. That doesn't give me much confidence.
Agree with the other person that rated this institution. Do not do business here. We opened up a credit card account and after repeated calls to find out why we never got the card and multiple messages left for the manager Alex, we gave up. Ridiculous.
I love this Credit Union. The folks Downtown Seattle are amazing. Always greet me by name. My father, me and 2 of my nephews all do business here :-)
Their ATM on 156th is down more than it is up! I went there 4 weeks ago - down. I go out of town 3 weeks and go today and down again! Very poor performance!
