You are a JOKE! Allowing FRAUD left and right! You BRAG about keeping members SAFE! YOU LIE! I have been a member for 20+ years. In the last 1yr I have had MULTIPLE frauds, new cards, overdrafts, cancelled bill payments! You make ME check my account every day to make sure no one steals my info and money! What a JOKE. I WILL be cancelling my accounts with you. DO NOT USE FIRST TECH!
One of the worst in the world
Their hours are horrible and interest is non-existent. For a "Tech-first" corporation they have an incredibly outdated mobile experience. Plus they reported that over 100 times the interest paid out on my account compared to what they actually paid. So the IRS tried to hit me for a gains that I never got.
RecommendedAlways have an amazing time with First Tech! My family has been using First Tech for as long as I remember. Setting up my first debit card was a breeze when I visited the Roseville location in California. They are always so good about fraud, and helping you with whatever you need! Will always use First Tech for my Credit Union needs!

This is the the worst bank to get a car loan through, you are just a number. Not willing to work with you. Had a car damaged in hail storm and they won’t let you buy back the car not to mention they are taking the car and we still have to make car payment until Gap pays. Oh wait let’s not forget that if gap does not pay by September I have to pay the whole cost of the loan in 30 day. Going to collage work part time at Starbucks never missed a payment. I really dislike this Credit Union. I’ve been a member since 1988, when it was the HP Credit Union. Just had my card blocked on a Sunday traveling from California to Idaho. Tried calling the 855-855-8805 number to get it released, but this CU doesn’t provide customer service reps on Sundays. Planning on closing all of my accounts and transferring to a Credit Union that provides services 24/7.
Your bank service is from the medieval ages. Every time I travel internationally my card gets blocked. Many times on a Sunday I ended up with no cash in a foreign city. The service that checks fraud and the service to unblock the card are not the same service and are completely disconnected. Many times I ended up incurring international call fees to call and try to find a client service to unblock. This bank is good for domestic small transactions only
