I stupidly lost my debit card and was having trouble canceling it via the app, so I needed to stop by the local branch. Samuel was awesome. He quickly locked my card and issued a new one, confirmed that no unauthorized purchases were made, and got me set up with a new online banking app that I hadn’t even realized I needed.
