I wish I could rate them with 0 stars. I have been a customer of First team toyota for well over a decade and have bought several vehicles and love the sales team. The service department is an absolute nightmare though. You schedule an appointment and they NEVER get your car out on time or even close to on time. They constantly are “undermanned” or don’t have the parts to fix your car. Even when you are there for paint and not parts. Took my car in after buying from a different dealership to diagnose an ICS Malfunction. Fred and his expert team were able to quickly figure out the issue between all the different codes and get my car back up and running! Will definitely be back for any other maintenance or service related items!
Friendly staff, but dear lord did service take forever. What took Toyota of Chesapeake only an hour and a half, this place took six darn hours. Bring your camping gear if you come here.
The parts department was great to deal with. I called other local toyota dealerships and First Team Toyota was significantly cheaper. Really helpful department.
The lady at the counter is argumentative. We drove our truck over because the battery won't hold a charge and she acted like we were bothering her. No we didn't have an appointment and we had zero issues with dropping off the vehicle but apparently just being there was an inconvenience. My husband explained that we were having trouble with the vehicle not starting and we installed a new battery two days ago. This lady is a mechanic and has telepathy!
