Not recommended. -brought car in for recall, they told me they had parts but it would take 3.5hrs to do. This is longer than they previously told me (2hrs), so I said no, I’ll bring it back another time. I then called another dealer to see how long it would take there, and they told me the recall is actually a two part process and the first step is an inspection, at which point they would order parts. I asked a different service advisor at first team Suffolk about this, and they said yes, they need to do the inspection first... read more

Great overall service. Be sure to call ahead of time. If you need a ride they don’t always have a driver available.

Have called 6 times the past two days and left 3 voicemails trying to get in touch with someone about my car’s service. Unreachable. Also, any time I take my car here I leave with more problems. And don’t ask them to “take a look” at anything because they will charge you an extra $150-200 just to tell you the problem, without telling you in advance that there will be an additional charge.
