Drastically lowballed the trade in value of my vehicle while I was purchasing a new Subaru that had been on order for over a month. The trade in vehicle was then listed for sale by the dealership for quadruple the amount given as trade in value. I was a returning customer but will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership with shady business practices.
I called inquiring about a vehicle and the customer service rep Jasmine communication could be a lot better. Yes I am attempting to buy a vehicle out of state...no need to become annoyed by my constant questions. A great company would gladly answer any questions a consumer has. Maybe this organization should advertise to local consumers only.
