If I could give zero stars I would. Service center is not handicapped accessible or wheelchair friendly. Was rudely greeted when we walked in. When I called to make the appointment I was told they needed to order a part so was schedule 8 days later. That was just the beginning. The part was never ordered prior to my appointment. I came for them to take care of the recalls and the technical service bulletin. Previously I would have given this dealership a 5 star rating. Why is it so low now? Marcus the service advisor… and whoever these mechanics are now. I’ve been bringing my car here for almost 2 years without issue. Not sure what changed personnel wise in the last handful of months but it’s not good. I scheduled my first appointment through Google Maps link. Never received a receipt of the appt. I called and they said it was not on the system. Therefore I proceeded to book through the phone. I still didn’t get any confirmation messages. I called to verify appt and it’s on the books. I show up the day of my appt. 1hr and 30 min later my car is still not even on line to get serviced. This location needs to work on customer service, reliability on appts, and on time Managent.
I bought my 2012 Kia Sorento new, and it has 177000 miles on it now. I had been taking this car to Greenbrier Kia, but the last 2 times I went they were inconsiderate and the scheduling staff was quite rude. So for my recall work this time, I went here to First Team.
