First team Kia service has been awful. My family bought a brand new telluride in 2024 and the car itself has been nice and the sales process was fine, but service department has been absolutely trash. When we first bought the car they told us free oil changes every 10k miles. When it was time for our first oil change I was told that we need to bring it on every 5k orbit voids warranty. I recently purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage after trading in a 2015 Kia Soul- as always detailed and exceptional service from the service team and I always feel secure when I see Bobby and Kiersten! Way to go guys and keep up the great work!

I absolutely do not recommend the service department at first team kia. The service advisors, if you can actually speak to one, are horrible at follow up and through. Patrick, service advisor, in particular, will not follow up, claim he never received messages, and outright lie. My car was at this service center for over a month, after $1600 to diagnose and fix the problems, I still drove away with idiot lights lit up like a Christmas tree. Do not bring your vehicle to this location
