This place doesn’t deserve a star. Kia is a garbage corporation, with garbage cars, garbage customer service, and I don’t recommend anyone buy a Kia. My biggest issue is the lack of communication. Kia has wasted a lot of my time and made me nothing but angry! My complaint started in August 2024. I took my car to a local mechanic for an oil change and was told it had no oil. First team Kia service has been awful. My family bought a brand new telluride in 2024 and the car itself has been nice and the sales process was fine, but service department has been absolutely trash. When we first bought the car they told us free oil changes every 10k miles. When it was time for our first oil change I was told that we need to bring it on every 5k orbit voids warranty. I recently purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage after trading in a 2015 Kia Soul- as always detailed and exceptional service from the service team and I always feel secure when I see Bobby and Kiersten! Way to go guys and keep up the great work!
