Took my 2018 car into 1st Team Honda yesterday for a state inspection. There was NOTHING wrong with my car when I drove it there. They passed my car but insisted I needed a diagnostic as my dashboard lit up and they said something was wrong with the ABS!!!! The inspection is free but they are charging for the diagnostic to the tune of $179.00.
