Terrible unprofessional experience at First Tax. They offer a “Student” discount to those up to the age of 26, which I am. I mentioned it to the younger male working the front desk and he tells me I don’t qualify as I am born in ‘99 and he says it’s by the year not “age”, even though he said they go by “age”. Totally contradicting himself and seemed unsure of what he was talking about. I do not recommend this business.
My husband and I have been using Jeff and First Tax to file our taxes for more than ten years, and have always had the most positive experiences. He is patient, kind, and extremely thorough. He explains things in the most detailed manner, and when one of us doesn't understand something, he takes the time to ensure we do comprehend eventually. Always fantastic service. Helpful and knowledgeable. I don't file with anyone else.
Second year in a row I've used them they are nice, friendly. Taxes are done within 2 days and it's reasonable fee.
