Wow We tried to make contact multiple times over a one week period through multiple mediums to confirm our requested emailed paperwork was received and/or to simply get an update on our family taxes as we were told it would only be a couple days. In the end I had to literally go to the location to hopefully get answers and when I informed them of the reason for my visit and that we had been trying to contact them without any luck they started looking for our file.
