How did someone like Yana Papanyan become VP. Very unprofessional. Hoping I can erase the memory of ever dealing with this "company". Just found out they filed for bankrupcy...not at all surprised...it's called Karma.
Horrible Lender. Send the commitment but never funded the deal. Yana the worst underwriter ever. Never ever sending deal to this lender again. For their false promises my client has to list the house for sale. They should be reported to FISCO.
Worst lender to deal with. Stay away! Yana Papanyan VP of Underwriting is just unprofessional!
My client's mortgage for purchase was declined by all B lenders, These guys financed it up to 94% LTV and closed in 8 days.
