Horrible experience, they canceled our bus reservation without telling us, no email or call, AND KEPT THE MONEY. Extraordinarily rude customer service, hung up on us multiple times, after 2 hours of fighting with them on the phone they finally sent us a new bus/driver to pick us up, but by that time we had already missed 2 of the 3 bands that we were going to see that night at Darien Lake. Absolutely do not use these scammers, you likely will have issues.
I ordered a bus for a Darien Lake concert and got the confirmation email the Monday before the concert. The day of the concert, Thursday the bus was supposed to show up at 5pm. It did not, when it was about 15 minutes late, I started calling the phone numbers on my confirmation email after 5 tries no one picked up. I kept on calling but each time I got a hold of someone I was put on hold then hung up on, this happened 10 times. Great customer service. Malissa does a great job being in charge of the charter department.
