Management is not caring toward employees, and upper management doesn’t fulfill their promises in a timely manner, or even at all unless the employee stays on them about it (ex: sign-on bonuses, friend referral bonuses, etc.) The insurance is not good. There is very little PTO or flexibility with schedules.
