After being cancelled on by one local carpet cleaning company and calling 50 others the night before Christmas Eve, this company was the only one to be on the way to our apartment in only 30 minutes. Our beige carpets were quite dirty with a variety of difficult stains that needed removing from makeup to coffee to vomit to paint. Liam and his helper treated and removed the stains and cleaned the carpets perfectly. We were shocked when we returned and the carpeting throughout the entire house was like new. I am moving into a new place, needed the carpets spruced up. First Street Carpet Cleaning Co came highly recommended from a family member and I’m glad I decided to call them. Tech was very professional, the job was finished in a timely manner and the results were great!
First Street Carpet Cleaning Co crew did a fantastic job on our couch. We have two large dogs and one that sheds enough for three. Our light grey fabric couch has really taken a hit from them with doggy smell and hair. Our couch was spotless and smelled so clean after the treatment. David and his team were puntual and very professional. It was very apparent how important customer satisfaction is to the company. We will definitely be using them in the future.
