Tyler and First Stop were awesome to work with. Tyler came by the day after we called and helped provide excellent guidance around what we should do to address a leak and work with insurance. He even helped caulk some trouble spots he noted on the spot. He also provided some great tips with care for our solar panels and the roof underneath. Tyler was referred to us by a friend and we'll definitely plan on keeping his contact for future needs.
Tyler and his crew are amazing. Working with insurance is never fun, and this one took quite some time to navigate all the nuances and games insurance companies like to play. Tyler was there every step of the way, helping us figure out who to talk to and what to do. I cannot express how grateful I am. And once everything was sorted, they did a beautiful job on the roof.
