First Stop did a great job replacing our roof for hail damage. Our area got hit by hail, and the insurance companies were trying to deflect payment for bogus reasons. First Stop went through the process of getting a public adjustor to force the insurance company’s hand to pay out, which was really great! The only reason I’m giving four stars and not five is they damaged our fascia and ripped some window screens, which they committed to fixing. And it took about 1.5 months for that to get replaced, so we were waiting awhile. ... read more
