I've been using this garage for the last 5 years and I've not had a bad experience I have only high praise keep up the good work
Useless. Booked through "Book my garage" for an MOT almost a week ago. No contact from Pilgrim stating time to be dropped off as the website states to do if you've not had confirmation so I thought "I'll give them a ring!" 37 attempts and an email over 3 days and not once have they picked up. Forget it I'll go somewhere else.
I would avoid this place. Broke down last year and rac towed my car to this garage. Had a new clutch and cylinder fitted cost ovwr 800 pound, the car wasn't right so took it back as it went into limp mode 5 mins leaving the garage. Took car back to be told no problem with it. The clutch has never been right and low and behold clutch it just out of warranty and its gone again. Now taken to a decent garage! I would like to have given no stars!
Great customer service, prices and helpful staff. Thanks Joseph for finding time to put my new wheels and tires on.
Very friendly staff always going that extra mile I have been going here for 4 years now and never had a problem highly recommended 👍👍👍
