If I could give Vida 10 stars, I would. She went completely above and beyond to help me resolve multiple issues with my prescription and insurance. Even when hurdles came up, she took it upon herself to personally follow up, coordinate behind the scenes, and make sure everything was corrected perfectly. She could have easily passed the buck, but at every single turn, she made sure I was completely taken care of
