paid $248 to install an O2 sensor on my 2019 WRX. cars in and out in 30 minutes Lol
Booked an appointment, went there on time, even had a car part that needed to be replaced to fix the issue. They just made me sit there for 2 hours and didn’t bother to check the car. I asked if someone can take a look and give me an ETA. All they said was “mechanic is busy”. I just had to leave after wasting 2 hours. They could have booked me at 2pm.. 4pm.. or on next day!! WHY WOULD YOU BOOK SOMEONE JUST TO MAKE THEM WAIT?
Paul, Tim, Austin and the crew are always polite, honest and friendly. Not once have i thought i was over paying or have been given advice that wasn't in my best interest. Great job Paul in building a strong team and a honest business.
