My experience was disappointing. I felt as though the help I was getting was pretty passive. I didn’t feel like they were attempting to understand my concerns and get to the bottom of it. I think I needed more solutions/suggestions than what they provided. On top of that, I was charged with a $200+ bill for no solution. Other than that, the staff was friendly, but I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for lactation support. I visited this clinic 9 days postpartum, which is a highly vulnerable time. Instead of the supportive environment you would expect, the provider was extremely cold and abrupt. Postpartum hormones are intense, but professionals in this specific field should know how to navigate that with basic compassion. I didn’t think i’d need to reach out to a lactation consultant but it was really helpful, especially as a first time mom. Initially, my supply was low but they did great job at helping me learn how to breastfeed properly. I also received donor milk which was helpful. Katy has been super helpful and reassuring during this process.

I have told every doctor I know to avoid this place like the plague. I went with an open mind, looking for help and insights on what I could change or could have done better. Instead, Molly gave me unprofessionalism, a lack of bedside manner, judgment, and inaccurate information. At one point, I asked her, "How did this happen?"
