Took my child here and there is so much turn around here and My poor child could never get use to 1 therapist. By the time she would get use to a therapist she would have a new one. Too many rules that make it difficult to follow their schedule. Also cancel therapy sessions on the same day but god forbid you have to call out for any reason.

My child has been going here for a year. This place is AMAZING with customer service skills. The therapists treat your children as their own and communicate extremely well . Carol always greets with a smile and does well with scheduling if you miss and need a make up session for your child . It is also extremely clean and safe . I will recommend this place for every single person I know in need of therapy services for their children .

I’m giving it 3 stars because the therapist are mostly amazing with my daughter. I’m NOT giving it 5 because of the snarky and rude management and front desk. I’ve been called in to help my daughter multiple times when she didn’t need assistance since the new, inexperienced management has taken control. I’ve been told to stay on the premises for 3 hours twice a week, while my severe needs child is in therapy. I can’t even go to the gym across the street because it’s “off premises”. I got a call today the day of my sons appointment about an hour and a half before his appointment after I had made arrangements stating that they need to r/s my sons appointment because of a scheduling error . I’m the one who was waiting on a call for months for an appointment they called me and scheduled the appointment . I work for a family practice and if we were to mess the day of someone’s appointment that’s on us and we still see the patient I just thought that was very unprofessional on there end . After 2 year bringing my son to Therapy, because one day that whit did not bring him the Manager of this place decided to cancel my son therapy, when the most important in this country are the children’s, Any ways we didn’t have any progress at tall. Also the place need more cleaning and sanitation.
