Had an appointment scheduled, received several reminders only to be met with closed doors and no one answering the phone. If they needed to cancel my appointment, they should have had the courtesy to call me. Very unprofessional.
Does not answer the phone at all.
Their programs can be much shorter. Between waits, breaks, word salads, and group therapy that is not related to everyone, you can have a much better option of just 1 hour online lesson at you own time. Very limited value for the cost and the needs of society. Most of the people you hear are sent here because of how flowed the legal system is and it does not look to address the core issues.
1st step referral service was a great help in getting my license. Today after more than a decade I can drive. I didn't need an attorney. They helped with the letters and preparing me to be successful at the hearing. Kristal was amazing! She is professional, kind and worked with me every step of the way.... I could not have done this without them both
