First Steps Gallatin Owner and Staff are Professional, Courteous and offer excellent products. They will go emway beyond to help each and every customer. I've seen it, and experienced it twice. I highly recommend it before any other. You won't be disappointed.
I have been to this place 3 times and my shoes still are not right won't be back been trying to get the shoes to fit right inserts won't even go in the shoes don't waist your time
Grandma was VERY happy with her new insert. The ladies were awesome! She can walk normal again. So great!
Such great professionals and much appreciated during a difficult time, they were sensitive to my needs and listened, a rare thing these days. The fit is absolutely fit and extremely comfortable. I'd give more stars if I could
