Worst place I’ve been. They treat you like a child. The counselors are condescending rude ignorant. The food sucks. It’s like pulling teeth to use the phone. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. Jaine is by far the worst. I left there and immediately went to Betty Ford in Naples. Complete 180. The folks at First Step should come here an learn how a treatment facility should be run. Stay the hell away from First Step
