The entire team and ownership of First Step were unbelievable! I have never worked with a more compassionate group of movers! First off, if you’re shopping around for movers look no further. First step moving was by far the best moving experience I’ve had. From the beginning Christine and Christy were very involved and helpful. They took the time to help understand our needs and setup a plan to make our move simple and easy! I have used First Step moving for 2 moves. Christy the owner personally ensures you are aware of the costs so there are no surprises. The movers she employs are very courteous and make sure your items are wrapped and handled with care. They ven placed my furniture exactly where I desired. They moved quickly and asked questions when unsure. I definitely recommend First step for your move as they provide quality service at a fair price.
