I had a 1 truck 3 crew team for a local residential move. They asked if they could start early which was fine. They worked hard and got everything done in 4 hours. One small piece of glass on a table was broken even though it was wrapped up tightly. They let me know about it right away and offered to replace it or deduct an amount off the invoice. They were prompt, hardworking and very professional.
Prompt, responsive and efficient. We used First Step Moving for two move outs in 2 weeks. We only needed the Moving crew to pack our truck. The team lead was phenomenal and so friendly. I had him twice. All the guys worked hard and were careful with my stuff. This is by far the best Moving team I've used (I've moved a lot in the past 15 years). I highly recommend this company.

We had the best experience with this company. William and his team were quick and careful. None of my antique furniture was damaged, all of my boxes were handled carefully and the beds were all reassembled quickly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is dealing with the stress of moving, they will lighten your load and take some stress off your plate.
