Used the company over the years and gave great reviews in the past but their services declined. My last move in December of 2024 wasn’t as great as previous moves while their prices have gone up significantly. Gave them the benefit of doubt and referred to my family who used them for the move today and were unhappy with the team and even sent the movers home without completely finishing. This is the best moving company I've ever used hands-down! I found them using #dallasmovers on IG, and from the first interaction over the phone, the lady was so nice, helpful and organized. The rates are very fair, especially compared with the quality of work I was shown. No surprises and no overcharging with the rates as well! Sergio and Francisco were absolutely amazing! I had a great move because of First Step! The communication prior to the move was outstanding. The crew that came was on time, courteous and took great care of my things. if you want to reduce the stress of moving use First Step
I needed to move some heavy items from my truck to the house. I called another "big name" company and their quote was unreasonably high. I called First Step and Christine was very friendly and easy to work with. She gave a reasonable quote and the guys came out the next day. They were friendly, professional, and careful with my items. Great experience!
