I've used first step moving twice now and they were reliable and professional both times. I would use them again. They also have excellent communication during stressful times which is a valuable skill for a moving company!

Excellent communication via text and email. Not only prompt, but early. Sergio and Francisco were professional, expedient and gentle with my belongings. They worked hard and were not constantly on their cell phones like other movers who seem to milk the clock. I absolutely recommend them for your next move. In fact, I booked this company after my neighbor used them. And, my friend will be booking as well. Reputation goes a long way.

The 4 men who showed for our move were phenomenal! They handled everything with care while loading and unloading. I was engaged with set up at the new home to make sure I was happy with placement and everything centered to my liking. They didn’t waste any time- they were moving non-stop! Would highly recommend and also use again!

Unfortunately, my experience with First Step Moving was extremely disappointing. I read all of the reviews and we specifically went with this company because of the amazing reviews. Our experience was quite different. I understand that the owners of this company are not present for the moves so they may be unaware, but these movers seemed to be amateurs.
