OMG! The experience with this company was unbelievable! From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. I've used first step moving twice now and they were reliable and professional both times. I would use them again. They also have excellent communication during stressful times which is a valuable skill for a moving company!

Excellent communication via text and email. Not only prompt, but early. Sergio and Francisco were professional, expedient and gentle with my belongings. They worked hard and were not constantly on their cell phones like other movers who seem to milk the clock. I absolutely recommend them for your next move. In fact, I booked this company after my neighbor used them. And, my friend will be booking as well. Reputation goes a long way.
