Haven't been to reach but graduated there twice from 411 and 4:40 when I went through there in 2020/2023 their program really slipped. They have literally turned into Odyssey house where all they care about is money they fired all the good people that actually helped the clientele there 5 years ago I would have rated this place five stars I gave it maybe one now. Sorry first step but you guys have dropped the ball big time!!!
They are really hateful and judgmental people. I wouldn't want to stay there not for nothing they are really judgmental and mean!!! And I can't wait till they stand in front of God! And then they can tell him why they should get a place to live.
My brother successfully completed the First Step Inpatient program on June 20, 2025. He made remarkable progress and has since transitioned into an outpatient sober living environment, where he is now independently responsible for his own food and basic necessities. Despite his discharge on June 20, First Step did not return his EBT card until June 23.
