Sam is nothing but exceptional! I highly recommend if you have any reoccurring pain.

Highly recommend Sam ,he is such a professional and caring osteopath, really impressed by his treatment, he treated the pain bothered me for a while on my hip, knee, shoulder, and I felt my whole spine back to neutral after the treatment.
I was so impressed with my visit to see Dan - I arrived with pain, limited range of motion and stiffness and I left feeling pain free, energized and confident to return to my usual movements. I am grateful a friend referred me to Dan and highly recommend a visit to First Step for osteo.
