Terrible service and client care. My daughter recently went through ivf with first step and had no luck which unfortunately happens however she found out second hand no embryos developed and the clinic has made no attempt to contact her to explain or discuss. She is obviously distraught and there was absolutely no interest from them. They got there money! She will not be returning to this clinic!
Such a terrible service to deal with this clinic in order just to book in the initial appointment with specialist. I called in mid December to have appointment booked on 01/02/24. Emailed the GP referral to them on 17/12 and staff confirmed to forwarded to doctor on 18/12, and especially ask for Telehealth which staff confirmed no issue at all. 2 days before the appointment, I got several email and text message to ask the referral was missing information and ask to contact GP to fix it up otherwise I got charged for the priv... read more
Our daughter was transferred on the 7.7.20, first transfer, ovulation induction. The nurses were fantastic. Dr Stamatiou is a top fertility specialist and he is highly knowledgeable.
