Loved the staff in general but Dr Andy Stamatious subtle misogyny was certainly not helpful. This process is difficult enough without being treated like you are stupid. I was happy with the process until I met him for the first time.
We are still early on in the process, but Vanessa and Mal have both been wonderful every step of the way so far. My husband is a cancer survivor so we’ve had to take some extra steps to get his samples transferred between clinics, and they’ve been great with answering all the questions we had and communicating to facilitate the process. Very happy with our experience so far!

I'm going to leave my review here, not because I haven't been successful, it's simply because there is no commitment at this place, I feel like they're only interested in payment and nothing else, I'm not going to blame the nurses because I know they do their job, but I feel like there are no codes or commitment at this place, every time a person undergoes a transfer they need to do blood tests before a transfer, but no, I didn't have them to see how the blood levels are, but none of that is done either, they didn't even tel... read more
Terrible service and client care. My daughter recently went through ivf with first step and had no luck which unfortunately happens however she found out second hand no embryos developed and the clinic has made no attempt to contact her to explain or discuss. She is obviously distraught and there was absolutely no interest from them. They got there money! She will not be returning to this clinic!
