First consultation was really good but kind of awkward. Nurse used a computer to show me things I could research myself at home the proceeded to continuously talk in circles when I was ready to leave because she said she couldn’t help me as I have Epilepsy & their client is no a hospital type but a small room. Would like to note, you must be over 28 years old, under 110kg, BMI under 43 & can’t have anything serious medical conditions like High Blood Pressure, Epilepsy, etc.

I underwent IVF at two different clinics run by different companies. This clinic was very affordable for me, with low initial costs, and the process went smoothly because explanations were minimized, assuming I already had knowledge about IVF. There were no trainees involved, and I felt that the nurses were knowledgeable and professional. If you are LGBT, do not bother contacting First Step. They cannot help you and have neglected to put this on their website because it makes them look bad.

Worst clinic to start with. The nurse is so rude, unprofessional. Have no ethics to talk and leads into arguments. I can’t even imagine to start my journey with them so I cancelled learning their unprofessionalism. This clearly states they aren’t efficient too, just doing business to make money and no success rates.
