Overall a smooth experience and everything went well let down by inane storage pricing. We need to pay a $1.06 monthly fee for their convenience with direct debit or if I pay myself without direct debit I need to pay $60 extra? It's a shame because otherwise this review would've been 5 stars.
Highly recommended first step fertility if your case is not too complex as treatment options/medications can be limited. In saying that, we couldn’t have had a better experience and I found all the staff to be lovely and responsive. Our second transfer was successful and I am now 30 weeks pregnant after 2 years of unexplained infertility
First consultation was really good but kind of awkward. Nurse used a computer to show me things I could research myself at home the proceeded to continuously talk in circles when I was ready to leave because she said she couldn’t help me as I have Epilepsy & their client is no a hospital type but a small room. Would like to note, you must be over 28 years old, under 110kg, BMI under 43 & can’t have anything serious medical conditions like High Blood Pressure, Epilepsy, etc.
I underwent IVF at two different clinics run by different companies. This clinic was very affordable for me, with low initial costs, and the process went smoothly because explanations were minimized, assuming I already had knowledge about IVF. There were no trainees involved, and I felt that the nurses were knowledgeable and professional.
