THE ONLY GOOD THING IS SOME PEOPLE DO GET THE HELP THEY NEED BUT THATS SOLEY ON THEM AND SOME OF THE CASE MANAGERS WHO DO HELP AND ARE THE GOOD ONES WHO ACTUALLY CARE . IF YOUR A CLIENT MAKE SURE YOU ASK QUESTIONS AND IF SOMETHING DOSENT FEEL RIGHT SAY Something OR REPORT IT TO THE STATE .
