This facility is a joke,my husband went there the intake nurse went to lunch and was gone for 4 hours. They left him in the waiting room for 7 hours before he had to go to the emergency room.
I went to first step a couple days ago and when I got there the first two nurses were great that did my admission and then I had to go back into the waiting room because one of them had to leave so I had to wait for another nurse to come on I was sitting in that waiting room for hours and then I started going through withdrawal and they just let me sit there in that room throwing up. there were two other ladies who were so rude when I asked for my stuff they are making comments saying she’ll be back. The staff is Incredible! They provide you with all the help you need. Doctors, Therapists, Nurses and the help was all understanding and Very helpful. I've been to a detox before but this one the people cared and were Very helpful. Food wasn't good, beds uncomfortable and so was clothing they give you. I believe this place saved my life and I'll always be grateful for them.
