When I called to see if I could come here and detox the lady told me yes no problem that was on may 13 2026. The next morning they tell me I have to go to group and that this isn't a detox facility and that the nurse said that you have to go to group or be discharged. So then I went to talk to the nurse and she even had the nerve to tell me I didn't have any opiate in my system so that also means there messing with paperwork to cover there own ass or to cover other employees. I was treated horribly. Scheduled appointment for intake and waited 7 hours for a bed. Only bedding was one dirty blanket. My meds were distributed incorrectly and I was yelling at for trying to correct this.This place will scare you straight
Recovery is possible!!!
Staff is really unprofessional, people tjay were there had no interest in recovery and was more or less a homeless shelter that abuse the system. The patients would break it down how it works to leave 24 hours and come back in with a beer in their system or whatever amd they can stay another 6 days. The only professional person was the nurses and counselor. When the day time shift would leave then all hell would break loose. Very uncomfortable environment. Last Resort is a more fitting name for the place's detox department, at the very least. If you have preexisting health conditions requiring medication, it will NOT be administered on time, and sometimes, not at all, particularly with midday meds. Understaffing is no excuse to hire unqualified people, especially ones who hold agency over the lives of others.
