I was recommended to First Step Auto Loan and to say the least they were amazing. The dealership was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Shout out to Frank who did a great job putting up with and answering my many questions. Love my Ford Flex and would recommend this program to anyone.
They sold us an unrealistic DREAM. Horrible experience with this dealership and their financing because they didn’t do their due diligence. They are responsible for knowing everything the bank needs BEFORE they let the customer leave with the car. The dealership won’t take accountability and will push it off on anyone but their finance and manger team.
