I applied for first steps back in February 2022 and was told they can’t meet my needs and gave me a number for another organisation which sent me back to first steps. Ended up back to square one. I applied again for first steps with the help of my doctors which ended up being on a 12 weeks waiting list. I got a call from first steps end of May letting me know that I am still on their waiting list and that they haven’t forgotten about me and now its coming up to the end of July and still heard nothing from them.
Yes tryed hard at first then gave up very quickly
Really good experience with the 3 staff I've seen here. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
